Westminster – Ray Carroll, 70, widower of the late Betty Jo Bramlett Carroll, 209 Park Avenue, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Oconee Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, September 27, 2014 from the chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
