Seneca – Joann Evelyn Dillard, 80, of 126 Northwood Drive Apt. C, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Oconee Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. The family is at the residence.
